Registering a team?
Add everyone to one order: three or more attendees save $50 per ticket automatically.
Paying by invoice?
Choose Invoice at checkout and we’ll email you an invoice.
Dietary or accessibility needs?
Tell us for each attendee during registration so we can plan meals and accommodations.

Cancellation policy
If Your Plans Change
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your registration, the following refund schedule will apply:
On or before March 4, 2027
30+ days before the event
Full refund, less a $50 administrative processing fee.
March 5 – March 19, 2027
15–29 days before the event
50% refund.
On or after March 20, 2027
14 days or less before the event
No refunds.
