What is the Evisions Conference?
Our annual user group conference provides Evisions clients an interactive environment focused on learning and networking. Whether it’s from your peers or Evisions experts, you’ll gain knowledge, ideas, and insights to take back to your institution. You’ll reconnect with old friends and make new ones, building your professional network with users and experts who will be there to assist you long after the conference ends. (And, of course, you’ll have some fun throughout the two-day event!)
What does it cost to attend?
Early Bird Registration
(December 2 – January 12) = $600.00
Regular Registration
(January 13 – March 10) = $700.00
Late Registration
(March 11 – March 23 ) = $800.00
If you’re registering for the pre-con hands-on workshop, there is an additional $100 cost to the prices listed above.

How can I pay for the conference?
We recommend paying for your registration with a credit card. If you require another payment option, please email the Events team to discuss alternative payment methods.
Can I book a hotel room for the conference?
Yes. If you are attending Evisions Conference 2025, you can book your hotel room via the Hotel page on this conference website.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
If you should need to cancel your registration, please notify the Events team. No over-the-phone cancellations will be accepted.
- Before February 4th: You will be refunded the cost of registration, minus $25.00.
- February 5th – March 3rd: If you paid via credit card, you will be refunded the cost of registration, minus $75.00.
- March 4th – March 23rd: If you paid via credit card, you will be refunded the cost of registration, minus $100.00.
After March 23rd: No refunds will be issued.
When & where is the conference?
The conference begins Friday, April 4 with an optional hands-on workshop. The main conference then runs all day Saturday, April 5 and half-day Sunday, April 6. (Exact times for each day TBD.)

Do you offer a group rate?
Yes, we do! The group rate applies when 3+ attendees from the same institution register. (The group rate cannot be applied retroactively. Once you have the discount code, please either register all attendees in one order or ensure they each have the code in hand if registering individually. Please contact the Events team to receive the Group Rate Discount Code.)
What Is Included in the Registration Fee?
The registration fee for Evisions Conference 2025 includes:
- Access to all sessions and activities throughout your selected days of the conference
- Opportunities to network and spend one-on-one time with conference speakers, Evisions experts, and peer attendees.
- Access to the conference mobile app, in which you can connect with fellow attendees, speakers, sponsors and Evisionaries; build your schedule; rate sessions; and receive up-to-date notifications during the conference.
- Free admission to the Saturday evening reception and to Evisions’ client appreciation event during Ellucian Live.
- Meals (Breakfast, Lunch, & Refreshments) on your selected days of the conference.
- Any relevant conference materials and some fun swag to take home!
